From Jan Phillips’ Museletter today
I want to free what waits within me
so that what no one has dared to wish for
may for once spring clear
without my contriving.
If this is arrogant, God, forgive me,
but this is what I need to say.
May what I do flow from me like a river,
no forcing and no holding back,
the way it is with children.
Then in these swelling and ebbing currents,
these deepening tides moving out, returning,
I will sing to you as no one ever has,
streaming through widening channels
into the open sea.

Lovely poem. So inspirational. Reminds me of the nadi chant- to the Goddess River of Blessings! A favorite.
I love the marbled paper sample you posted. YES! to color.
We missed your vibrant energy in class today darling… and I know you are probably about to hit the road for NYC- It’s a Mama Gena event tonight right? We all made some great assemblage boxes today- AND, I have another shrine to show YOU! upon your return.
