Suzi- Thank you for this deeply touching post about our Fe-Mail artist experience. Thank you for inviting the world into our Artist statement and our Fe-Mail exhibition by way of your blog-it makes so much sense to bring this work out into the bigger- internet world.

it was truly astonishing to me to be greeted by my post mistress smiling her biggest , sparkly smile to tell me that she so enjoyed seeing our exhibition of Fe-Mail art. It is the first time in my 5 exhibitions of Mail Art that a "post office collaborator" has ever come to see my mail art collages! She was absolutely delighted!
And I was so honored and touched by this acknowledgment of our now deeper relationship.

Bonnie also sent me a great collage post card which I received this week. It is a good mail week! She uses fabric in her collage! How fabulous.
Suzi-I think our Fe-Mail Correspondence School is starting already!

More on all this later- now out into this unexpectedly snowy April day!

Yeah Bonnie! I love your card. I am contemplating my reply. I just love how laid the fabric together and how both sides talk to each other. Really well done! I am sure your postal worker was intrigued. Love, S
