Soft day, Love
It is a totally soft spring day here in the Berkshires.
The air is chilly. I have no interest in planting tomatoes or weeding.
I just froze 20 cups of strawberries.
This post is a love note.
Like my pal Jilly says, open your heart and send someone love today.
They don’t have to know all about it.
Just squeak open the gates of your beloved chamber and let your light shine on another today.
My fingertips are all strawberry stained.
I like being marked by life.
Love, S
PS It just began raining. Softer still. xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo

“My fingertips are all strawberry stained.
I like being marked by life.”
That resonated to my very core — thank you.

You have the most delicious way of writing. I want to eat some of your strawberries. Maybe will eat some fresh strawberries on my travels. Hey, girlfriend! I take up your challenge to photograph funny food places. Yep. Will try to post that on Friday, ok? Big smile!

I love your art. I love the way the collage flows and creates interest and intrigue. If I can ever get to the Berkshires I will go to the Art kitchen.

Just love it all and would be interested to hear about the workshops. What a fun concept for a girl’s weekend – artists or not.

This is beautiful and comforting and inspiring. Love the simplicity and gentleness of it. And the poetry.
