Announcing me, Suzi Banks Baum on my new and only website, Laundry Line Divine.com.

Yeah Me!

Thank you for coming.

Here you will have an opportunity to see what's cooking at my house here in Western Massachusetts.

We live in a small town in the Berkshire Hills.

I am a full time Mom and artist.

I have a great husband.

Together we are raising two kids who are right now 11 and 15.

I was raised in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

I am an actor by training, a fine seamstress, fiber artist, mixed media collagist and writer. I garden with kids and alone. I am an avid preserver of the harvest, right now working with the bushel of quince my tree produced this fall.

I am a Sister Goddess.

I am a Moon Circle Sister.

I am here to share with you my journey as a Mom and Artist.

I am so happy to be here because this means I have figured out how to blog and my kids will be so proud of me. Just 3 years ago I did not even know or want to know how to use a computer. This goes to show you that even women hovering around 50 years of age can do amazing things. And that, my dear, is what this is all about.

I am writing a book about my journey in these hills of mothering and arting.

It is also called "Laundry Line Divine". I may give you peeks in to the book as we go along here. If you like what you see and read here, I'd love to collect your email address so I can keep you up to date on my book and other things I do in the world.
